|Soy sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sunflower oil||2 Tablespoon (or peanut oil)|
Cook the eggs in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove from the pan and leave under cold running water for 5 minutes.
Remove the shells.
Mix the soy sauce and oil together.
Add the eggs and turn in the mixture for 5 minutes or until brown.
Leave to cool in the mixture, remove and cut into quarters for serving.
