Braised Eggs

Braised Eggs are extremely easy to make. My children love having Braised Eggs for breakfast. Try it!
Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sunflower oil 2 Tablespoon (or peanut oil)
Directions

Cook the eggs in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove from the pan and leave under cold running water for 5 minutes.
Remove the shells.
Mix the soy sauce and oil together.
Heat gently.
Add the eggs and turn in the mixture for 5 minutes or until brown.
Leave to cool in the mixture, remove and cut into quarters for serving.
