Creamed Codfish With Eggs
|Flaked salt codfish||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
Cover the flaked codfish with cold water, add the minced onion, bring to a boil and then drain.
Add to the white sauce with the hard-cooked eggs, sliced, and serve with baked potatoes or on toast. 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper may be added if desired.
