Piquant Stuffed Eggs

  Eggs 8
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Bacon strip 3
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Paprika To Taste
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Mash the egg yolks, add the cooked and finely chopped bacon, the minced onion, the chili sauce, vinegar, salt, paprika, and enough mayonnaise to make a smooth paste.
Stuff the egg whites with this mixture.
These stuffed eggs may be served with salad greens as a salad, or added to Medium White Sauce and served on toast.
