Baked Eggs And Cheese
|Chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Minced chives/Parsley||To Taste|
Line each of 4 ramekins with a slice of cheese.
Break an egg on top of each slice of cheese.
Pierce the white and the yolk of each egg with the point of a knife.
Mix together the chili sauce, curry powder, sherry or Madeira.
Divide equally over the eggs.
Microwave 2 ramekins at a time 40 to 45 seconds at MEDIUM.
Let stand on kitchen counter covered with waxed paper while you microwave the other two, also 40 to 45 seconds at MEDIUM.
