Mayonnaise Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 8
  Commercial mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Shell eggs and cut in halves lengthwise.
Loosen yolks carefully from whites and put them in a small bowl.
Mash yolks with a fork.
Add mayonnaise (enough to make yolks nicely moist), mustard, chives, parsley and a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
Mix with fork until well blended.
Pack yolks back into egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Chill.
