Bacon slices | 2 , chopped | |
Finely chopped onions | 2 Tablespoon | |
Avocado oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Hard boiled egg | 3 | |
Fat free greek yogurt/Sour cream | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING
1. In a frying pan, add finely chopped bacon slices and chopped onion. Fry for a few seconds, add avocado oil and fry until the onion caramelizes.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into halves. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the cooked bacon onion mixture (reserving a few cooked bacon bits) with egg yolk and yogurt. Mix thoroughly.
5. Stuff the egg whites with the mixture.
SERVING
6. Serve with a few bacon bits topped on the eggs.
