Poached Eggs In Baskets
|Round shredded wheat biscuits||4|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
Put shredded wheat biscuits on baking sheet and put in oven long enough to heat them through, 2 minutes.
Heat milk and butter to simmering.
Poach eggs in milk, keeping milk below boiling point.
Put one warmed biscuit on each serving plate and top with a poached egg.
Spoon some of hot milk over each, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
