Eggs | 6 , beaten | |
Fresh spinach | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped | |
Cherry tomato | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , chopped finely | |
Feta cheese crumbles | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Pepper | To Taste |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Spray the muffin tin with pam spray.
MAKING
3. In a bowl beat the eggs, add the fresh spinach, cherry tomato, feta cheese and pepper.
4. Mix everything until well combined.
5. Pour a spoonful of the mixture in the muffin tins.
6. Bake them in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes, depending on the size of the muffin tin.
7. Once done remove and allow it to cool.
SERVING
8. Serve with a hot cup of coffee.
