Hard-boil the eggs, cut them in half lengthways, and put aside two yolks.
Mash the other two yolks with the peeled shrimps, making a paste.
Fill the hard-boiled egg whites with this.
Arrange these on a dish and cover them with mayonnaise.
Press the other two egg-yolks through the mesh of a coarse sieve, whilst holding the latter over the stuffed egg whites.
It will make little yellow balls like mimosa.
