Poached Egg

Do your eggs turn out rubbery? Do you hate the taste of vinegar left on the egg? We'll show you how to create the perfectly poached egg. It's a great way to start your day and also makes a delicious addition to a salad!
Ingredients
  Egg 4
  Acetic 2 Teaspoon
  Regular salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon, coarsely ground
Directions

MAKING
1. Boil water and add in vinegar. Turn down the heat to low.
2. Stir in the egg one at a time and swirl, cook for 3 minutes.
3. Take out the egg and place on paper towel.

SERVING
4. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the poached egg and serve with whole grain toasted bread.
