1. Place a pan on medium heat, and spray non-stick cooking oil in it.
2. Lay bell pepper slices in pan. Pour egg in center of each slice. Cook as per your choice.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it.
4. Serve this easy egg recipe for breakfast with a protein shake.
You may use any kind of bell pepper to prepare the dish.
You may also flip and cook eggs, if desired.
