Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Melted chicken fat 4 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
  Matzo meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a beater, mix together the eggs, fat, water and salt
2) Add in the matzo mixture and mix well
3) Place the mixture into the refrigerator to chill for an hour
4) Using the hands, shape into balls
5) Cook the balls in a boiling soup or salted water for 20 minutes

SERVING
6) Serve the balls warm on a platter
