|Hard-boiled eggs||6 , peeled|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Pickle relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Paprika||To Taste (As Needed)|
1) Cut eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the egg yolks. Keep aside egg whites.
2) In a mixing bowl, add the egg yolks and mash them. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix it until smooth.
3) Add a tablespoon of pickle relish if you like. And fill the egg whites with this mixture evenly.
4) Sprinkle paprika on the deviled eggs and serve for a breakfast or as a side dish.
