Custard With Egg Whites

Ingredients
  Egg whites 4
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Skimmed milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), scalded
Directions

MAKING
1) Using the electric beater, whip the egg whites
2) Add in the sugar gradually and beat the whites till well combined
3) Add in the milk to the egg mixture and add in the almond extract, vanilla and nutmeg and beat well
4) Spoon in the mixture into ramekins or custard cups
5) Place the cups or ramekins into a roasting pan of shallow water
6) Pour the boiling water reaching to the sides of the cups
7) Bake for an hour at 325 F
8) Take out the cups once baked and cool onto a wire rack
9) Allow to cool

SERVING
10) Serve
