Egg and Tomato Sambal

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 , sliced
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Chilli 1 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a non-stick pan, saute the onion until light browned.
2) Mix in the tomatoes and chilli.
3) Add the eggs and stir well.
4) Season to taste and cook for 3 minutes more.
5) Remove from heat.

SERVING
6) Serve hot garnished with chopped scallions, if desired.
