Deviled Eggs with Smoked Oysters
|Hard cooked eggs||10|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Sweet pickle juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Smoked oysters||3 1⁄2 Ounce, drained|
|Lettuce leaves||4 (As Required)|
1)Slice hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove the yolks.
2)Mash yolks and add mayonnaise,mustard,salt,sweet pickle juice and pepper.
3)Stir it well.
4)Place a smoked oyster in each egg white.
5)Fit a decorating bag with tip No.
4B, and pipe yolk mixture around the oyster.
6)Serve on a lettuce-lined tray.
