Country Egg Dish
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced|
|Eating apples/1 cooking apple||2 , sliced (Sharp)|
|Bacon rashers||3 , chopped|
1) In a large frying pan, saute the onion, apple, bacon and seasoning in butter, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft and transparent.
2) Crack the eggs over the onion mixture.
3) Cover and cook over a low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
4) Serve the Country Egg Dish hot.
