Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cold
  Tomato juice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (hot)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold tomato juice.
Add hot tomato juice and stir until dissolved.
Add salt and lemon juice.
Pour into loaf pan and chill until almost firm.
