Self Poaching Eggs

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Toast 2
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, add water and boil.
2 In each cup, melt butter.
3 Put in the eggs and cover with a lid.
4 Simmer for about 3 mins.
5 Meanwhile, butter the toast.

SERVING
6 Using a palette knife or spoon , place the eggs on toast and serve at once.
