Chili Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 4
  Evaporated milk 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

MAKING
1. Shell eggs, halve lengthwise, remove yolks and put through coarse sieve into small bowl.
2. Blend egg yolks with remaining ingredients and pile into white halves.

SERVING
3. Garnish each with parsley, if desired and serve.
