Cook eggs until hard.
Peel, halve, and place yolks in a bowl.
Mash well until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients except mushrooms and blend well.
Drain mushrooms, reserving juice for soup or gravy, and save out 12 pieces of mushroom.
Chop re- maining mushrooms until fairly fine and add to egg mixture.
Fill egg whites lightly and use reserved slices of mushroom to garnish.
