Eggs A La King With Sliced Mushroom

Ingredients
Butter or margarine - 1/4 cup
All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
White pepper - 1 Dash
Milk - 2 cups
Catsup - 2 tablespoons
Hard-cooked eggs - 6 , sliced
Sliced mushrooms - 1 6-ounce can , drained (1 cup)
Peas - 1/2 CUP cooked or canned
Canned pimiento - 2 tablespoons chopped
Tomato slices - 6 thick
Buttered toast - 6 slices
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat butter in saucepan.
2.Add flour, salt and pepper to it and blend well.
3.Pour milk in one go and cook by stirring until thick and foamy.
4.Turn off the flame and add catsup.
5.Put eggs, mushrooms, peas and pimientos and cook until heated through.
6.Add a sprinkling of salt on toamto slices and broil for 2-3 minutes.
7.Top each toast with a tomato slice.
8.Add a topping of sauce.

SERVING
9.Serve warm.
