Creamed Deviled Eggs
|Eggs||12 , boiled|
|White sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), buttered|
|Cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks.
Mash yolks with seasonings; stir in enough white sauce to moisten.
Refill egg whites; press halves together.
Place in casserole; cover with remaining white sauce.
Combine bread crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
