Easy Eggs Benedict

Ingredients
  Condensed cream of celery soup/Chicken / mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Thin ham slices 6 , fried
  Buttered toast slices/English muffin halves 6
  Eggs 6 , poached
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pan, blend the soup and milk and heat well
2. Place a slice or ham on each slice of toast or muffin half and top with poached egg.
3. Pour the sauce over the eggs

SERVING
4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot immediately
