Baked Cheddar Egg Dish

Ingredients
  Shredded medium cheddar cheese 8 Ounce (Or 2 Cups)
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 12 , lightly beaten
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 325° F.
2. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and place the cheese in it.

MAKING
3. In a mixing bowl, combine together Half and Half, salt, pepper and mustard.
4. Pour half of the mixture over the cheese in the baking dish.
5. Pour eggs over the top and add the remaining milk mixture.
6. Bake at 325°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.

SERVING
7. Serve the Baked Cheddar Egg Dish hot and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
