1. In a bowl,break the egg, using a whisk or fork, whip.
2. In a skillet heated at medium heat, add butter, allow to melt.
5. Pour the beaten egg into the skillet.
6. Using a spatula, stir, mix and break, until the egg is cooked.
7. Transfer to a plate. Season with pepper and parsley.
8. Serve as a breakfast with bread slices, tea or coffee.
