Scrambled Egg

It doesn't take much longer to make a scrambled egg. It is a nice variation to fried eggs and tastes good with toasts, bun and breads. You can try other combinations also.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Black pepper To Taste
  Parsley To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl,break the egg, using a whisk or fork, whip.
2. In a skillet heated at medium heat, add butter, allow to melt.
5. Pour the beaten egg into the skillet.
6. Using a spatula, stir, mix and break, until the egg is cooked.
7. Transfer to a plate. Season with pepper and parsley.

SERVING
8. Serve as a breakfast with bread slices, tea or coffee.
