One Fried Egg
|Dried parsley||2 Pinch|
|Ground black pepper||2 Pinch|
1.In a skillet, melt butter on medium heat.
2. Carefully break the egg into the skillet, cover with a saucepan lid, allow to cook for 2 minutes.
3. Transfer to a plate. Season with parsley and pepper.
4. Serve as a breakfast with bread slices tea or coffee.
