One Fried Egg

Fried egg with sunny side up is what I like to call this type of fried egg. Simple and healthy. Easy and yummy. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Dried parsley 2 Pinch
  Ground black pepper 2 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1.In a skillet, melt butter on medium heat.
2. Carefully break the egg into the skillet, cover with a saucepan lid, allow to cook for 2 minutes.
3. Transfer to a plate. Season with parsley and pepper.

SERVING
4. Serve as a breakfast with bread slices tea or coffee.
