1) In 4 individual ramekin dishes or cups, pour a little boiling water and place them in the microwave.
2) Heat the water on full power for about 2 minutes.
3) Break 1 egg into each ramekin dish, prick the yolks and cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
4) Serve the Poached Eggs, immediately on hot buttered toast.
