Salmagundi Salad with Salami and Liverwurst
|Diced cooked potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , diced|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Hard salami||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cubed|
|Liverwurst||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cubed|
|Cubed sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad greens||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Mix the potatoes, hard cooked eggs, celery, onions, hard salami, liverwurst, cabbage and the cheddar cheese.
2. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and mix well till completely combined.
3. Add the mayonnaise and mix well
4. Serve the salad on the greens sprinkled with parsley.
