Shrimp And Egg Shreds

Ingredients
  Egg whites 6
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked shrimp 1 Pound, cleaned and diced
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites and salt until stiff but not dry.
2) Fold in the shrimps, ginger, sherry and soy sauce.
3) In skillet heat oil until it bubbles, pour the mixture into it.
4) Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring almost constantly.

SERVING
5) Serve hot and appetizer or can also be served as main dish.
