Classic Eggs Benedict
|Hollandaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Black forest ham slice||4|
|Eggs||4 , poached|
Split English muffins and toast halves; lightly spread with butter.
Place ham on paper towel-lined plate; cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave at High for 1 minute or just until warm.
Place 1 slice ham on each muffin half; top with poached egg.
Spoon warm Hollandaise over eggs.
