Eggs With Shrimp

Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Shrimp 1⁄4 Pound, cooked
  Butter 5 Tablespoon, 1 tablespoon cut into small pieces
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh chervil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded gruyere cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 475 degrees.
2.Put the eggs in boilin water for 7 minutes.
3.Once boiles, put them under cold running water and peel.

MAKING
4.In a saucepan, heat 4 tablespoons butter on low flame and immediately add warm eggs after slicing.
5.Put shrimp, mustard, parsley, chervil along with seasoning of salt and pepper.
6.Put cream and move the pan back and forth so that the pan ingredients are mixed well.
7.Take a buttered gratin dish and put the mixture into it.
8.Top with shredded cheese and arrange butter pieces with it.
9.Put in the oven or broiler for 5 minutes until browned and frothy.

SERVING
10.Serve hot.
