Creamed Eggs with Shrimp
|Hard-boiled eggs||6 , chopped|
|Deveined shrimp||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shelled, cooked|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2.Combine butter with shrimp, mustard, cream, parsley and salt and pepper.
3.Take a greased oven proof dish; put the chopped eggs on it and top with the shrimp mixture.
4.Add a sprinkling of shredded cheese on the top and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
