Ingredients
  Eggs 6 , hard-boiled and thinly sliced
  Egg yolks 6
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Dry red wine/Dry white wine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Anchovy 1 , filleted, soaked in water for 30 minutes, drained, patted dry and chopped
  Fines herbes 1 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon, freshly grated
  Grated nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a frying pan, put the sliced egg along with butter.
2.Once heated, remove the butter and put the eggs in red or white wine as per the preference along with anchovy, onion, herbe and lemon peel.
3.Let the ingredients boil.
4.Meanwhile, blend the egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of wine and nutmeg.
5.Transfer the yolk into the pan and cook until thick.

SERVING
6.Serve hot.
