Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , poached or soft-boiled
  Fresh herbs 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Such As Parsley, Chives And Tarragon)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan, gently saute the eggs in the melted butter over a low heat.
2) Sprinkle the herbs over the eggs and a drizzle with fresh lemon juice.

SERVING
3) Serve the Poached or Soft Boiled Eggs with Fines Herbes, immediately on a serving platter.
