Ingredients
  Eggs 12
  Thin cooked ham slices 12
  Buttered toasted english muffins 12 , cut in half
  Hollandaise sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Poach eggs in an egg poacher or large skillet.
While eggs are poaching, make Hollandaise Sauce .
When eggs have finished cooking, place piece of ham on each buttered muffin round.
Top each with a poached egg.
Top with Hollandaise Sauce.
