Everyday Eggs Benedict
|Thin cooked ham slices||12|
|Buttered toasted english muffins||12 , cut in half|
|Hollandaise sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Poach eggs in an egg poacher or large skillet.
While eggs are poaching, make Hollandaise Sauce .
When eggs have finished cooking, place piece of ham on each buttered muffin round.
Top each with a poached egg.
Top with Hollandaise Sauce.
