|Hard boiled eggs||6|
|Cooked fish||3 Ounce|
|Capers||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Oil/Melted butter||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Cheese sauce||1⁄2 Pint|
1. Cut eggs in half lengthways and remove the yolks.
2. Put the yolks into a basin with the fish, capers and enough oil to make a smooth paste.
3. Season carefully and fill the egg whites with this mixture.
4. Put into a fireproof dish, pour the sauce over and brown under the grill.
