New York Chocolate Egg Cream
|Chocolate syrup||3 Tablespoon (In Supermarket Beverage-Mix Section)|
|Whole milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Very Cold)|
|Seltzer||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chilled|
1. Into a tall, chilled soda glass, spoon the syrup, then stir in the milk. Holding the seltzer bottle about 12 inches the top of the glass, slowly pour in the seltzer until the high foam reaches the rim. Using a long-handled spoon, stir the egg cream quickly one time, being careful not to overflow the foam. Serve immediately.
