Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Cream of tartar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the egg whites, sugar, corn syrup, water cream of tartar and salt over the top of a double boiler
2) Cook beating continually with an electric beater till the mixture starts to stand in peaks
3) Take off from the heat
4) Add in the vanilla and continue to beat till enough to spread
5) Frost a cooled cake and decorate

SERVING
6) Makes enough to cover an 8 inch or 9 inch layered cake
