Egg And Cheese Fricassee
|White sauce||1⁄2 Pint|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Grated cheese||6 Ounce|
1. Slice the eggs and put into a fireproof dish.
2. Make the white sauce.
3. Add parsley, nutmeg, seasoning and about 4. oz. of the cheese.
4. Pour over the eggs.
5. Mix the rest of the cheese and the breadcrumbs together and sprinkle over the top.
6. Brown in a moderately hot oven (375°F -Gas Mark 5) or under the grill.
