Ingredients
  Hard boiled eggs 8 , shelled
  Garlic flakes 4
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Ginger 1⁄2
  Ginger piece 1⁄2 Inch
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 5 Tablespoon
  Jaggery 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Grated jaggery 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Salt To Taste
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Coriander leaves 4 , sliced
  Chopped coriander leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 handful)
Directions

Grind together chillies, garlic, ginger and cumin seeds.
Crush jaggery and mix in vinegar.
Fry eggs to a brown colour in oil.
Heat 4 tblsps oil and fry onions to light golden colour.
Add ground paste and fry till the raw smell disappears.
Add vinegar, 3/4 cup hot water and the ground spices.
Bring to a boil and put in the eggs.
Cook till the gravy turns thick.
Decorate with coriander leaves.
