Pizza With Poached Eggs

Ingredients
  American cheese 2 Ounce, shredded
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  English muffin 1 , halved and toasted
  Broccoli spears 10
  Broccoli spears 10 , cooked
  Eggs 2 , poached
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small, nonstick saucepan, mix together the cheese and milk and cook over low flame until the cheese melts
2. On each of the two flameproof plates, place half a muffin, arrange five broccoli spears each and top with one poached egg and half the cheese mixture
3. Broil for a couple of minutes until the cheese mixture is bubbly

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
