Cheesy Egg and Greens Toss

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Prepared horseradish 3 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Torn spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Torn swiss chard 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, cut into 1-inch-long julienne sticks
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Eggs 4 , sliced
  Eggs 4 , hard-cooked, sliced
Directions

MAKING
1. For dressing in a small bowl stir yogurt, horseradish, sugar, hot pepper sauce and 1/2 teaspoon salt until well blended.
2. To make dressing of desired consistency stir in enough milk.
3. Cover and let it chill.
4. In a large bowl toss slightly to mix spinach, Swiss chard, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and green onions.
5. Add eggs, pour dressing over spinach mixture.

SERVING
6. Toss lightly to coat and serve.
