Eggs Benedict

Ingredients
  Hollandaise sauce 3 Tablespoon (Butter Buds)
  Eggs/Egg substitute /egg whites 4
  English muffins 2 , split, toasted
  Turkey breast slice 4
  Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare BUTTER BUDS® "Hollandaise" Sauce.
Poach eggs.
Cover each English muffin half with a turkey slice; top with poached egg.
Spoon 2 tablespoons "Hollandaise" Sauce over each egg.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Makes 2 servings
