  Ripe banana 1⁄2 , sliced
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), skimmed and chilled
  Sugar/Equivalent sweetener 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 5
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a mixer bowl and beat the egg until it turns frothy.
2) Add the rest of the ingredients and blend properly.

SERVING
3) Serve chilled.
