|Plain low fat yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Pitted black olives||6 , sliced|
1) Peel and halve the hard-cooked eggs lengthwise.
2) Remove and mash the yolks with rest of the ingredients except the olives and paprika.
3) Spoon the egg yolk mixture into the halved egg whites and place in the refrigerator until serving time.
4) Sprinkle with the paprika, garnish with the sliced olives and serve in a nice plate.
