Smoky Eggs A La King

|Sliced smoked beef||1 1⁄4 Ounce, snipped (1/2 Of A 2 1/2 Ounce Package)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , sliced|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , sliced|
|Pimento||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Chopped pimento||2 Tablespoon|
|Chow mein noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs), warmed (For Serving)|
1 In a deep 1-quart casserole, combine butter or margarine, zucchini and onion.
2 Microwave at 100% (HIGH)for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender; stir once.
3 Stir in flour; mix well.
4 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 30 seconds or until bubbly.
5 Gradually whisk in milk and broth.
6 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly; stir every minute.
7 Mixture should be thick and smooth.
8 Stir in beef, eggs and pimento. Cover.
9 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until heated through; stir after 1 minute.
10 Serve over chow mein noodles.
