Slow Cooker Tapioca

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Quart
  Small pearl tapioca 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine together the milk, tapioca and sugar. Cook over high heat for 3 hours.
2) Mix together the eggs, vanilla and some hot milk taken from the slow cooker. Add the mixture to the slow cooker and cook over high heat for 20 minutes. Chill the preparation.

SERVING
3) Serve along with fruit or whipped cream.
