1) Place eggs in the centre of the rack and hard boil as per the directions until cooked.
2)Divide the sausage into 4 portions and flatten them into large circles.
3) Place the egg in the centre and cover with the flattened sausage.
4) Cook as per the directions until nicely browned.
5) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
