Poached Eggs, Caviar

Ingredients
  Buttered toast 1
  Ripe tomato slices 1 (Nearly Ripe)
  Egg 1 , poached
  Caviar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Anchovy fillet 1
  Parsley sprigs 1
Directions

MAKING
1. Using a large round cutter, cut the toast.
2. Arrange a slice of tomato on top.
3. Carefully top with the poached egg.

SERVING
4. Arrange on a half plate.
5. Garnish with caviar, anchovy and sprig of parsley.
